Student Travel 2024 -25
Dear Parents and Guardians,
From the end of this academic term, on Friday 11 April, the travel company Diamond Bus services will be discontinuing the 829 buses from Nether Stowe School. However, the 105 and 105D bus service will continue to operate and accept both Staffordshire County Council student bus passes and paying students from Nether Stowe School to Handsacre, through Longdon Green as per existing route.
There are a few buses from Lichfield station that runs to Rugeley. Anyone needing to go to or from Rugeley can catch the 828 Chaserider this runs hourly and takes 30minutes. Please see their route via their website, they will only accept paying students.
Nether Stowe School do not have a dedicated school bus service, the buses used are a public service and some only run on school days. Further information should be gained from the bus provider. If parent/carers need help with costs they need to apply through Staffordshire County Council transport department.
